Arwin was rescued from a busy shelter in Los Angeles where her life was in danger due to critical overcrowding.  Furever After Small Dog Rescue worked together with Life 4 Paws in LA and Terrier Rescue in Vancouver to fly Arwin to British Columbia so that she could have a second chance at life and happiness.
