Success Stories

Billie was two years old when she was surrendered by her owners to a busy shelter in Los Angeles because she was "too noisy". She may have been passed by at the shelter for the same reason. However, her new mom loves her just the way she is and doesn't mind her "talking" at all. Billie was adopted by a wonderful lady in North Vancouver, who also adopted Harley, and they are all enjoying an incredible life together.

***An update from Billie and Harley’s mom:

“Billie and Harley are totally happy, as am I!  Harley has a great sense of humor!  Billie is learning to trust and that the world is a safe place.  The dogs are terrific at agility.  When I say we are going to “school”, they get very excited!”
