Kiwi
spent the first few years of his life living outside.
His owner surrendered him to a busy shelter in Los Angeles after
neighbors complained about his barking. Kiwi was extremely shy and frightened at the shelter. He became withdrawn and nobody wanted to adopt him, so he was rescued and flown to Vancouver in search of a better life. Kiwi now lives with a loving family in a beautiful home in Anmore. He has two Pomeranian siblings to run and play with on a securely fenced acreage.
My Favorite Things
Beef bones and biscuits and my momma’s kisses
That funny old cat and the kibble he misses
Big braided tug toys all made out of string
These are a few of my favorite things…
Walks in the morning when my mom is sleepy
Teasing the cat in his newspaper teepee
Romps in the dog park and long frisbee flings
These are a few of my favorite things…
Bounding through big waves at long sandy beaches
Watching my mom to be there when she reaches
Leaning on her like a puppy that clings
These are a few of my favorite things…
When the ball’s gone
When the night’s long
And I’m feeling sad…
I simply remember my favorite things
And then I don’t feel…so bad…
