Missy
was surrendered by her owners to an overcrowded shelter in Los Angeles at age eight. She was in need of medical treatment for a bladder infection secondary to large bilateral kidney stones. When she came in to rescue, she had very poor bladder control as a result of her medical condition. However, once she received the veterinary treatment she needed, she blossomed into a happy-go-lucky dog and found a wonderful forever home in New Westminster where she is dearly cherished and receives the care that she needs and deserves.
***An
update from Missy’s family:
“We just got back from Long Beach and Missy had so much fun! She
is fit and sassy and most beloved. Thanks for everything. You can
come and visit anytime!”
