Rascal came from an extremely neglectful situation in Los Angeles and he needed help getting to Vancouver so that he could be taken into the care of BC Chihuahua Rescue and begin his new life. 

Furever After Small Dog Rescue was able to help coordinate transportation and cover his airfare costs so that he could get the second chance he deserved.
