Other Ways To Help

Not everyone is able to foster a rescue dog, but there are many other ways you can volunteer to help:

·   Help spread the word about our adoptable dogs by putting up posters in your local vet offices, grooming salons and pet supply stores.

·   Assist with transportation by driving one of our dogs to a vet or grooming appointment.

·   Sponsor one of our dogs by making a donation to help cover some of the transportation and/or medical costs.

·   Help our foster homes by donating new, good quality dog toys, beds/blankets, food bowls or collars and leashes for small breed dogs.

·   Donate gently used items to one of our fundraising garage sales, volunteer to help out at one of our garage sales, or better yet, organize a garage sale in your neighborhood and donate the proceeds to help the dogs.

·   Donate your Q-Points from Quality Foods to Furever After Small Dog Rescue and we will use the items redeemed for raffles and silent auctions.

  ·   Donate your Canadian Tire money and we will use it to purchase items for our dogs as well as items for raffles and silent auctions.

·        Check out our Fundraising/Shopping Page for details about upcoming events and items for sale.

·        Help educate the public about the dangers of supporting puppy mills and backyard breeders by purchasing puppies from questionable sources; spread the word about all of the beautiful animals currently in the care of rescue organizations and animal shelters.

·        Be responsible and spay or neuter your own pets; encourage others to do the same.
